The Oil regeneration system (Series ZYB) has been specially designed for on site use to completely regenerate insulating oils in energized or de-energized transformers. The ZYB system provides regular oil purification such as degassing, drying and particulate removal but also can remove acidity, sludge, other soluble oil decay products and discoloration. After treating, the oil can be reused as new. For special application, the system also can be mounted on a leak proof base and can be installed and operated on a trailer.Regular servicing of transformers with our equipment can substantially improve their lifetime and performance and on top helps tosave money.

1.Integrates advantages of gravity method, gasification method, coalescence separation method, vacuum separation, mechanical filtration into one. With the technology of vacuum drying and demulsification, it can separate a large mount of water from the oil, even the micro quantity of moisture. It is good at dewatering and demulsifying, which can make the turbid emulsified oil become clear. 2.Equipped with vacuum analytical evaporation system which can remove the micro quantity of water from the oil and ensure the water content index in the oil. It won’t change the physical and chemical property of the oil, and it can extend the oil service life. 3.Low working noise meets the environmental protection requirement. 4.Precise multi-stage filters can effectively remove all kinds of mechanical impurities, preciser one by one, big impurity holding capacity and long service life. 5.Advanced infrared liquid level auto control system, automatic sound and light alarm system, and pressure protection device to ensure the safe and stable operation of machine. 6.Can online process turbine oil and low viscosity lubricants with unattended operation.
